I was most surprised by the overall taste with the amount of protein in each serving. Sitting at 23g of protein in a 75g serving, I expected this to be a lot more grainy and β€œwhey-tasting” than it did. Don’t get me wrong, you can still taste the whey. But overall I found it to be quite light, pleasant tasting with no aftertaste. It is also very easy to prep: I added water, and took me under 5 mins to make three waffles. You can also add milk and/or egg for some extra protein.

I ate a whole serving of it, accompanied by a couple of eggs and a handful of pan fried cherry tomatoes.

I did wish for there to be more of a bite. The lack of chewiness reminds me of a gluten-free product. The 7g of fibre is a nice little added bonus though.
