Ok, this was so good 🤯.

Let’s talk about the macros first: 180cal|20p|23c(5 net)|8f is amazing as a pop-tart alternative (185cal|2p|34.5c|4.5f). 20g of protein in a packaged dessert is no joke.

But it was the taste that exceeded my expectations.

After nuking it for 10 secs as instructed, the chocolatey centre was slightly melty. The pastry has a nice, soft texture, and the protein blend taste is quite muted. Erythritol does leave a bit of an aftertaste, but not overpowering and dissipates quickly.

Would 100% buy this again and add to my dessert rotation.
