Chef Woo Plant-Based Instant Ramen (Roasted Chicken Flavour)

I can’t remember the last time I had instant ramen. They are not part of my regular (or even occasional) diet rotation due to their high fat, carbs and sodium content.

So when I saw this, I was intrigued. β€œProtein ramen?!” I had to try one for myself.

Surprisingly, it rivals regular ramens. The noodle is well-seasoned and al dente, although it lacks the same bite and chew as wheat-based noodles. The broth is quite flavourful, albeit salty at 1120mg of sodium.

While I wouldn't eat this daily, it's a great high-protein alternative to traditional ramen for an occasional treat.
