Premier Protein Pancakes

These surprised me a bit. In my past experience with protein pancakes, they tend to be chalky and crumbly, due to the additive of whey protein.

But these aren’t either. These are thin but have a decent bite to them. They are plain, in a good way - there is no overpowering flavour. This plainness allows them to serve as a good carrier for topping like maple syrup, Nutella, or fruits.

They are also incredibly convenient - pop them into the toaster for a couple of minutes, and you have 15g of protein (3 pancakes) for breakfast.
